Beta Alpha Psi Annual Conference
Thursday, August 3, 2023 - Friday, August 4, 2023
The meeting will start on Thursday, August 3 with a New Faculty Advisor workshop from 7:30-8:30 am.
Community Impact Day will begin at 9 am and run until 3 pm. The opening session will begin at 4:15 pm.
The meeting will end on Saturday, August 5 at 1:30 pm.
If a student is participating in Project Run With It, they will need to arrive onsite by 5 pm on Wednesday, August 2.
Non-profit organizations describe real business problems for which they are seeking solutions.
Selected student participants are placed on teams of four students from across the United States and the Oceania region to respond to the non-profit request for proposal.
Each student consulting team develops creative solutions to business issues and delivers their solution in a professional presentation.
Las Vegas, Nevada - Caesars Palace
Room price is $179 per night. Each room can fit 1 to 4 people. The more people that go, the cheaper it is per person.
$406 total for the stay.
Flights look to be about $354 roundtrip.
Early bird registration is $300 per person.
Remember, we will be seeking reimbursement from the Student Government for travel expenses and our Chapter.
Total cost $1062 + food & Ubers (to & from airport and anywhere you decide to go).
