Call for Donations & Purpose

The Accounting Association & Beta Alpha Psi are participating in the Board Game Association’s (BGA) Carnival Night Saturday, April 18th, 2026.

AA & BAP are fundraising for Christ’s Church, and we are asking community members to consider donating Unused or Gently Used items for sale at BGA’s Carnival Night event. 

ALL PROCEEDS from Carnival Night sales will be used to purchase wagons for Christ’s Church. 

• Many of the organization’s wagons are aging and require frequent maintenance during food distribution efforts.

• In appreciation of Christ Church’s continued support and volunteer opportunities, AA & BAP aims to give back to an organization that directly serves the local community.

Examples of Requested Items

Bedding & Home Comfort

• Gently used or unused bedding (twin or full sheets, comforters, pillows)

• Small fans or heaters

Decor & Personal It

• No clothing items.

• Backpacks and tote bags

• Decorative items (posters, picture frames, throw pillows)

• Jewelry or Accessories

Furniture, Lighting & Organization 

• Lamps and desk organizers

• Storage bins and laundry baskets

Kitchen & Dining

• Microwave-safe dishes, cups, and bowls

• Reusable water bottles and travel mugs

• Utensils and cookware (pots, pans, spatulas)

School, Office & Creative Supplies

• Art and crafting supplies (markers, pens, colored pencils, sketchbooks, scissors, glue, etc.)

• Basic office supplies (staplers, tape, paper clips, binders)

• Books and textbooks, comic books

• Unused notebooks, notepads, and folders
